NOTICE OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES VACANCIES
Request for Letters of Interest and Resumes
The Board of Trustees of California Academy of Learning Charter School is seeking qualified, community-minded individuals to serve on its governing Board of Trustees.
As a public charter school committed to innovative education, individualized learning, and student success, we welcome applicants who are passionate about public education and interested in providing strategic leadership and governance. Individuals with experience in education, finance, law, business, facilities, nonprofit leadership, human resources, marketing, community engagement, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Previous board experience is welcomed, but not required.
Board members are expected to attend regular monthly meetings, participate on board committees as needed, uphold ethical governance standards, and support the school's mission and long-term success.
Interested candidates should submit:
- A letter of interest describing their qualifications and interest in serving on the Board of Trustees
- A current resume

Selected applicants will interview with the Board of Trustees during their regularly scheduled meeting August 4, 2026, 6:00pm prior to appointment decision.
